Having successfully sold 3 UK developments to our South African investor clients, we've now seized an opportunity to expand our agency footprint to the United Kingdom by acquiring an interest in Holland Properties. With an experienced team of sales and letting agents as well as an excellent track record of over 20 years in London, Holland Properties will complement our focus on service excellence.
This will mean that our South African investor clients now have a local point of call for their UK property investments. We will be able to assist with expert advice on legal matters, mortgage applications, property valuations and the management of rental properties.
We also look forward to bringing more UK investment opportunities to our local market as and when the opportunity arises.
